Hi, I’m Claire! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Health Coach with over 20 years of experience, I am excited to work with you on your journey to better health and wellbeing. I offer a safe space where you can be vulnerable, feel seen and heard and where I will support you as you practice self-trust and self-acceptance.

Through various therapeutic modalities, the work we do together will help you gain a better understanding of yourself by examining your beliefs, thoughts, habits and circumstances that keep you feeling “stuck.” With this deeper level of insight and awareness, we then build on your strengths and use proven strategies to move you forward toward the life you are meant to live.
